Pezula Group Raises Private Island in Seychelles

The tremendous success of the Pezula Private Resort & Residence Club has spurred the award-winning Pezula Group to add another development to its portfolio of elite properties. The Pezula Private Island & Residence Club is the outfit's second project in South Africa. The enclave of affluent will feature 10 four-bedroom residences filled with five-star-resort amenities located on an 18-acre private island on the Indian Ocean in the Seychelles.

Each residence will have a butler and a housekeeper along with its own private beach, private pool, and large outside terrace. With only 10 houses, the maximum number of people staying at the residence club at anytime will be 80 guests. The Pezula Portfolio is made up of various luxury destinations ranging from world-class American ski resorts to exotic island locations to residences on championship golf courses to picturesque country retreats in France and Italy.
